In the article Fidel attacks GW Bush for a meeting with the car industry, where a gradual change to alternative combustibles is discussed. The angle is that while people are starving, food should not be converted to combustible for transportation. As usual, he points to Cuba as a good example, oblivious of the fact that he himself has destroyed fertile land for production of sugar cane rather than food for the people. (The USA is the largest food supplier for Cuba.)
