You actually believe that nonsense???????

Willing to "TESTIFY"...... LMAO!!!!!!!!

Love these parts.....
  • "I was working there, and this is what it was. I'm not a lawyer, just a civil servant. I know what I know. I know what I was told by the hospitals and by my supervisors."
  • ".....I was informed by my boss that we did not have a birth record [for Obama]."
  • "They told us, 'We don't have a birth certificate for him,'" he said. "They told my supervisor, either by phone or by e-mail, neither one has a document that a doctor signed off on saying they were present at this man's birth."

Have you never heard of HEARSAY, which is NOT allowed in any court of law. So just what exactly is this idiot going to testify to?

I am sure there are interested parties who would love to get a sworn statement from him to open an investigation. These are how investigations start. You know, when someone says they know something.

Obama was not born in the U.S. He is just working to hard to not produce what is needed to shut everyone up. It would be so easy for him to stop the controversy.

I can't wait for the liberals to walk around red-faced when the truth comes out. That would be better than actually watching him resigning.

But if the truth, be known, I would rather he is voted out of office than kicked out on a technicality.

As usual you leave out the juicy parts...
"There is no birth certificate," he said. "It's like an open secret. There isn't one. Everyone in the government there knows this."

Copy of original long-form birth certificate of Susan Nordyke, born in Honolulu the day after Obama's reported birthdate. President Obama has never produced any document like this.

"I had direct access to the Social Security database, the national crime computer, state driver's license information, international passport information, basically just about anything you can imagine to get someone's identity," Adams explained. "I could look up what bank your home mortgage was in. I was informed by my boss that we did not have a birth record [for Obama]."

The REPUBLICAN GOVERNOR OF HAWAII..IN THE HEAT OF THE PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN HAD IT CHECKED OUT....PRESIDENT OBAMA WAS BORN IN HAWAII

Hawaii Gov. Lingle answers the birthers, who remain surprisingly unconvinced

Via Joe Kovacs, we have a fresh answer to the birthers from Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle ®, given to -- of all people -- former Michael Jackson confidante Rabbi Shmuley Boteach. The comments come around 77 minutes into this interview, after Boteach asks Lingle about legislation that would protect state employees from having to answer the endless questions about President Obama's birth certificate.

-You know, during the campaign of 2008, I was actually in the mainland campaigning for Sen. McCain. This issue kept coming up so much in the campaign, and again I think it's one of those issues that is simply a distraction from the more critical issues that are facing the country. And so I had my health director, who is a physician by background, go personally view the birth certificate in the birth records of the Department of Health, and we issued a news release at that time saying that the president was, in fact, born at Kapi'olani Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii. And that's just a fact. And yet people continue to call up and e-mail and want to make it an issue. And I think it's, again, a horrible distraction for the country by those people who continue this. ... It's been established. He was born here-

-----Now, see how the question of Sen. McCain's question over his being a natural US citizen was handled:

Legislation Introduced - by Democrats - to Declare McCain a U.S. Citizen
April 10, 2008 7:21 PM

With questions - however serious - about whether Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., is eligible to run for president since he was born outside U.S. borders on an American Naval base, Sens. Patrick Leahy, D-Vermont, the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Mo. today introduced a non-binding resolution expressing the sense of the U.S. Senate that McCain qualifies as a "natural born Citizen," as specified in the Constitution and eligible for the highest office in the land.

Co-sponsors include Sens. Hillary Clinton, D-NY, and Barack Obama, D-Illinois; Leahy said he anticipates it will pass unanimously.

Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution says to be eligible for the presidency a candidate must have reached the age of 35 years old, resided in the U.S. for 14 years; and must be a ‘‘natural born Citizen’’ of the United States.

The Constitution, however, does not define "natural born Citizen." McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone to parents who were U.S. citizens, but some scholars have questioned if that suffices.

Earlier this month, Leahy asked Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff his views on the matter during a Judiciary Committee hearing.

"My assumption and my understanding is that if you are born of American parents, you are naturally a natural-born American citizen," Chertoff said.

Leahy concurred.

The resolution introduced today states: "Resolved, That John Sidney McCain, III, is a 'natural born Citizen’ under Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States."

"It is silly for anyone to argue that Senator McCain is not eligible to become president," said McCaskill in a written statement. "I would hope that this is something we can all agree on, for goodness sakes."

Since 1964, two other Republican presidential candidates, born outside U.S. borders, dealt with this question.

Sen. Barry Goldwater, R-Ariz., was born in a U.S territory that later became the State of Arizona. Former Michigan Gov. George Romney was born in Mexico to parents born in the U.S.

It is very telling how a half page response to the birth certificate story is turned around to be about McCain. McCain is perfectly legal to run for President and always has been.

That was just a p.r. ploy from the dems concerning McCain, they knew he was eligible from the get-go. HaHa....it makes more sense now why they did that. They knew the firestorm that was coming about their own candidate.

You see, this is what the libs do when they are backed into a corner. They don't answer the questions, they turn them around to some republican.

Thanks ya'll for proving it again.

There is an easy way to solve it once and for all. If it is there, as Obama and the Hawaii governor claim it is..............show it.

It would end it once and for all. The longer they wait, the worse it will get.

AK
No, the longer they wait the better it gets. Every time some birther nut gets some air time more level headed Americans just shake their heads and laugh.

Every time Orly Taitz is on the tube it equals more votes for Democrats.

We can all play the "pick the poll" game.

Even Fox has the Democrats ahead.

Perhaps you should follow an organization that works in the real world of 2010, not one that polls by phone and only uses land lines. LMAO! Smile

I use the same poll in order to get a trend. You can pick and choose if you want for that odd week that favors you, but I don't think anyone denies, except the blind ones, the Republicans are the favored party in November.

AK
Fox News denies it! Smile

You use the same poll that is consistantly the outlier. The lack of using cell phones numbers in their polls is one of the reasons. I use an average of the polls which gives a picture that balances out the various biases they all have. Of course one would only do that if he were interested in an honest view as opposed to a partisan view.

I've expressed my own opinion. The Republicans, as the out party in an off year election will pick up some seats. They won't win either house of Congress. All in line with typical historical trends.

yes of course, the poll you don't like is the outlier......LMAO.

And I have expressed my opinions. If you want to believe it is a trend, by all means, keep deceiving yourself.
