The Regime just announced how the insurance would be implemented for travelers to the Island.
Effective May 1, 2010
They are saying through their official channels that, when the travel agencies sell their flight tickets the price of the insurance would be automatically included for the length of time you are staying up to 10-15 days, the Travel agency will calculate the fee according to the length of your stay.
If you are going to be staying more than 30 days then you need to buy the Travelers Insurance at the Airport of arrival in Cuba.
