Try Banos de Eguea, about 70 km East of Varadero before Corralio in Las Villas province... Call ahead as they tend to close spontaneously. 94 rooms in the hotel, we ere there in January and only two were occupied. There is a physiotherapist on staff and all day access to the banos (indoor and outdoor) is CUC$10.00. There is a whole list of treatments you can get done there.
Staff is excellent, they serve pretty good (for Cuba) food and the rooms are only $30.00/night.

The Hot Springs at San Diego in Pinar del Rio are a prime attraction for many tourists who come to Cuba. The natural springs gush forth water at a constantly warm temperature of about 34C. The water is believed to have great health benefits as it is naturally rich in sulphur.
In addition to the natural springs, a host of other add on health services have become available at this spa in Pinar del Rio including mud baths and massage services. Be warned that there is a 20 minute exposure limit to the sulfurous water which may be harmful in large doses.
