Perez claimed that he knew for a fact that Fidel was dead as did Val Prieto from Babalublog and Peter Perez, a regular poster from Cubamania and member here under a different name.
They all need to apologize now to their readers for stating the fact that Fidel is dead.
You cannot just state for a fact that you know that Fidel is dead and then expect no one to call you on it after seeing that Fidel is alive.

I refuse to believe the old goat is dead until some American gets up there on the Podium and tells me. I won't even believe it when the Cubans say it.
Fidel is probably recording his "congratulations to President elect Hilary Clinton" video and of course one for each of the candidates.
That way Fidel will still be "alive" in November 2008.

Hopefully he will be in the ground soon so the Cuban people can start living a more free life and join the world economy.
