Havana, Trinidad, Vinallis, Baracoa, Cienfuego.....and a lot of the beaches in between.

"The top 5 places" depends on your interests. I would get a guide book like Moon or Lonley Planet, then come back on here and ask for help with fine tuning your itinerary.
