I have several time seen a group perform in Australia called The Bar at Buena Vista. They present themselves as a group of former performers from the famous Buena Vista Social Club who used to perform there back in the 1950s. The leading sars are Reynaldo Creagh, Maestro Rubalcaba and a lady named Siomara Avilla Valdes Lescay. They are all in their 80s and 90s, and are supported by various younger artists and dancers. The thing is, outside their own website at [link] I can't find much information confirming that these people really are the big stars from a former era that they say they are. I enjoy their music and they are a great bunch of people, but I am just curious about whether they are really who they claim to be.

Does anyone have any knowledge or insight, please? Any experts on the Buena Vista Social Club here?

I second the Ale Houle in Lake Buena Vista. ESPN club is a good bet. There is a Front Row Fridays on International Drive that is good but a little further. Buffalo Wild Wings is another option and they have a LBV location. There is the Clubhouse in Dr Phillips as well. Most other options are further but not really much better than this selection.
