I want to thank the presidents of the united states for many reasons, first, the dead presidents who invented and made last this blockade allowing tourists like me to be attractive for the best girls in the world, las cubanas, I married one 7 years ago and I don't regret a single minute of these 7 years.
I also want to make a special thanks to the president you have now, he made that war in Iraq which lead to the huge slide of the dollar and helped me buy a beautiful flat in Havana at a bargain price.
At last there is a positive consequence of his action.

News to me that they are "selling" places in Havana. Unless he has a Cuban fronting for him.
I was in place that an expat owned last spring, some Basque restaurateur had one of those condos they were selling out past Comodoro in Miramar before the Cuban Gov got cold feet about selling to foreigners.
Ok place, a little on the small side but Euros seem Ok with that. He uses it as his semi-retirement home 4 or 5 months a year. If they started again it would be huge with the Euros.
