When I met him in 2000 I expected to meet some 6 foot 6 monster with balls of flame coming out of his do. Was I suprized when this little 5 foot 6 125 pound guy came into the room and introduced himself. I found him to be a very quiet soft spoken man who absolutely believe that what he was doing was right and just.
Gee wizz... if there had been somebody like Agee to spill the beans on Junior Bush's lies, maybe HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of people would not have died and more are still dying every day.

Bush's lies? I think Bush was only repeating what he was being told. That doesn't make him a liar, only silly.

Agee was responsible for the deaths of CIA operatives...NOTHING benign about this man

Wait a minute Lillian.... Barara Bush made that same statement and got sued for it. In the end, she had to admit it was a lie and had to write Philip Agee a letter of apology. Your leaders, in both parties, have been playing fast and loose with the truth for years. Just because people don't happen to have been born in the United States does not mean that their lives are any less valuable than your and mine. Little brown people bleed red just like us white guys. Philip did not start out naming names BUT when he was called a lier and they tried to discredit him, he laid the proof on the table. I think you have to agree that CIA trained and supervised death squads ARE NOT A COOL THING and should never have been done. Hopefully you next president gets it right.... but I ain't holding my breath.

Regarding Barbara Bush is was regarding a book that she wrote. And indeed he had not been convicted BECAUSE he ran away from judgement. So his suit stuck by utilizing the libel laws of this country.
He exposed clandestine agents..in his own words:
“Agee said that in his case, he disclosed the identities of his former CIA colleagues to “weaken the instrument for carrying out the policy of supporting military dictatorships” in Greece, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil”
He disclosed agents in the field instead of going directly to the policy makers. That is being a TRAITOR.

I equaly call Bush/Cheney/Libby and all others who exposed Valery Plame: TRAITORS..traitors in trying to hide the truth and proceed with their illegal policy.

Try doing some research! Her husband outed her. It was a case of two democrat operatives making propaganda to undermine the war. THAT'S treason!
